Purpose of the digital thermal rod of the DT series:

- measurement of temperature indicators in grain and various loose products of its processing, as a rule, having a predisposition to spontaneous heating during storage.

The use of digital thermal rods is recommended for many organizations in one way or another related to the storage of grain products, their processing, or directly with quality control. Digital Thermal Bar Design DT

The digital thermo rod is based on a fiberglass or aluminum housing made in the form of a tube with a diameter of 12 or 16 millimeters. One of the ends of the device has a conical aluminum tip, with a temperature sensor located inside it.

On the opposite side of the temperature sensor, the pipe-case is equipped with a plastic handle, consisting of a compartment with batteries, a control circuit, and a display device for the visual representation of operating information, with damage protection in the form of a red transparent light filter.

The temperature sensor is connected to the control circuit by means of an electric cable loop extending along the entire length inside the pipe of the thermowell housing.

The equipment does not cause electrical interference in the environment. The level of the operating voltage of the device does not pose a danger to humans.

If you are using a digital thermal bar, you will need to briefly handle simple recommendations, so that you can be careful how accurate and safe you are.

When there’s an accident, transport, and also without a delay during the weekend, we’ll need to overwhelm the front of the window with sharp shocks, with objects, for example, through second-hand falls, if there are any kind of strong contact.

The procedure for measuring the temperature of the thermostat DT series:
 

1 - Immerse the digital thermostat with the sensor in the product mass to the depth at which it is planned to carry out the measurement.
2 - Hold the appliance for about 3 minutes in a static position to purchase the area of the sensor-equipped device at the same temperature as the surrounding product.
3 - Press the Measure button on the bottom of the plastic handle. Hold it in position until the indicator light in the display at the end of the handle shows.
4 - Release the Measure button before proceeding to the next measurement or when the appliance is completed.

If the production temperature is below the minimum or maximum extremum of the device value range, the symbol "---" (three horizontal bars next to each other) will appear on the display.

The flashing of the readings indicates that the voltage level of the batteries has decreased to the point at which they need to be replaced.
