The principle of sieving is to sift granular products through sieves, performing circular translational vibrations with a given frequency for a given time.

Sieving is equipped with an electronic - mechanical timer, by means of which the operating time of the device is regulated.

Set the sieve on a hard laboratory bench.

Connect the power cable to the sifter and to the 220 volt AC mains with a grounding contact. Turn on the power toggle switch on the back of the sieve. In this case, the power indicator on the “START / STOP” button should light up in white.

Install a set of SL type sieves with a diameter of 300 mm on the platform. Supplied with the sieve (or similar). The sieve package is installed in the center of the platform with emphasis on the platform pins. The bottom is installed first, a sieve with a cell with a diameter of 1.5 mm is placed in it. Next, a sieve with a drain channel and a cell diameter of 2.5 mm is installed. A lid is mounted on top of the sieve. The wooden handles of the lid should be opposite the pressure stop. The emphasis falls and is pressed by a clip.

Install and adjust the filling funnel with the adjusting screws. The funnel neck must be below the level of the lid. Make sure that when rotating the cover does not touch the funnel.

Set the operating time on the timer, fill in the required amount of bulk product and press the "START" button (green button on the front panel).

After stopping the sifting, remove the clamp, the stop and the bag of sieves together with the lid and bottom.
